Because of the premium, concierge-level nature of our services, we collect both standard personal data and specific lifestyle/health data. We collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked directly or indirectly with you:

  • Personal & Contact Data: Full legal name, email address, direct phone number, physical delivery address, age, date of birth, and professional/executive role.
  • Biological & Physical Baseline Data (Intake & Coaching): Through our Executive Intake Form and ongoing coaching inside our proprietary portal, we collect current weight, target goals, self-reported physical bottlenecks (e.g., fatigue, joint pain), history of advanced therapies (e.g., TRT, Peptides), current weekly fitness routines, and lifestyle habits required for coaching intake.
  • Financial & Payment Data: When you purchase a protocol, we collect data necessary to process your payment. Note: Iron Compound Inc. does not directly store your full credit card numbers on our servers. All transactions are securely processed and vaulted through our compliant third-party payment gateway, PaymentCloud / Authorize.net.
  • Automated & Device Data: When you visit our website, we may automatically collect data regarding your device, IP address, browser type, operating system, and browsing behavior to optimize our site’s performance and security.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION (THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS)

Iron Compound Inc. is a health and performance coordination platform. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside data brokers. However, to execute your protocols, we must securely share specific data with our vetted operational partners:

  • Ola Digital Health: If your selected protocol (such as the Optimize/Radiate or Command/Reign tiers) requires clinical intervention, you will be securely routed to Ola Digital Health. Iron Compound Inc. only shares basic profile data to initiate this handoff. Disclaimer: Ola Digital Health is an independent provider that strictly prescribes peptide and hormone therapy. They do not provide general medical services. Once you enter their portal, your lab results (via Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp) and peptide/hormone prescriptions are handled entirely by Ola and their VIPPS-certified partner pharmacies under strict HIPAA-compliant regulations.
  • ABC Trainerize: We share your name and email with ABC Trainerize to automatically generate your biomechanical coaching profile and deliver your physical programming.
  • PaymentCloud & Authorize.net: We share billing details with our merchant gateway to securely process and tokenize your payments.
  • GoHighLevel & Grasshopper: We utilize GoHighLevel and Grasshopper as our secure Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and telecommunications systems to handle intake forms, emails, and SMS communications.

5. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING POLICY (A2P 10DLC COMPLIANCE)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Iron Compound Inc. regarding your account, appointments, promotional offers, and coaching protocol. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide customer support.

  • Data Sharing Restriction: Customer data, mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS consent will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All information sharing mentioned elsewhere in this Privacy Policy strictly excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will strictly remain internal.

We are not a medical clinic, we do not directly practice medicine, and we are not a covered entity under HIPAA. Any bloodwork analysis and pharmaceutical prescribing are conducted entirely by our independent, LegitScript-certified partner, Ola Digital Health. Your sensitive records and lab results are stored securely within Ola’s HIPAA-compliant telehealth portal, not on Iron Compound Inc.’s servers.

7. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. Your Private Client Dashboard is password-protected, and data transferred between our site, GoHighLevel, and Ola Digital Health is encrypted. We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required by legal or accounting obligations.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal record-keeping exemptions), or opt-out of marketing communications.
