Welcome to ironcompound.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, platform, and coordination services provided by Iron Compound Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform. By clicking “Apply,” “I Agree,” or by using this Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.
Iron Compound Inc. provides a digital infrastructure platform coordinating independent lifestyle accountability coaching, clinical wellness administration, and third-party technology coordination.
CRITICAL DISCLOSURE: Iron Compound Inc. is a technology platform and coaching business. We are not a medical practice, a pharmacy, or a licensed healthcare provider. We do not provide medical diagnoses, medical advice, treatment, or prescriptions.
All clinical evaluations, laboratory order reviews, medical decisions, and prescription fulfillments (including but not limited to Testosterone Replacement Therapy [TRT], Hormone Replacement Therapy [HRT], and specialized peptides) are performed exclusively by independent, licensed medical practitioners and licensed partner compounding pharmacies coordinated through our partner infrastructure provider, Ola Digital Health.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to utilize our platform and services.
Not an Emergency Service: The platform is not intended for use in medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Independent Medical Judgment: You acknowledge that any medical treatments, laboratory analyses, or prescriptions you receive are determined solely by independent physicians via Ola Digital Health, and not by Iron Compound Inc. coaching staff.
Iron Compound Inc. operates as the Merchant of Record for payments processed through the platform. By enrolling in an Iron Compound program, you authorize us to charge your credit card or payment method for recurring monthly subscription fees, laboratory fees, and product coordination costs as outlined at checkout.
No Returns on Prescriptions: Due to federal and state laws governing prescription medications and compounded pharmaceuticals, prescription medications and specialized therapies cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances. Once a compounding pharmacy has formulated your medication, it cannot be reused, restocked, or resold.
Lab Fees & Clinical Fees: Fees charged for laboratory diagnostics, blood draws, and independent clinical consultations via Ola Digital Health are non-refundable once the service or lab order has been generated or performed.
Coaching & Platform Refunds: Subscription fees for lifestyle accountability coaching and platform access are billed monthly and are non-refundable. If you wish to terminate your enrollment, you must submit a cancellation request to support@ironcompound.com at least five (5) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.
No Direct Shipping or Dispensing: Iron Compound Inc. operates strictly as a technology, lifestyle accountability coaching, and administrative coordination platform. We do not manufacture, store, dispense, or ship any prescription medications, including but not limited to hormones (TRT/HRT) or peptides.
Third-Party Pharmacy Fulfillment: All approved prescription therapies are fulfilled, packaged, and shipped exclusively by licensed, independent compounding pharmacies coordinated through our clinical infrastructure partner, Ola Digital Health.
Shipping Timelines & Carrier Responsibility: Because therapies are custom-compounded to order by third-party pharmacies, processing and transit times will vary. Once the dispensing pharmacy hands off the medication to a third-party shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS), Iron Compound Inc. assumes no liability for shipping delays, carrier errors, misrouted packages, or temperature-control failures during transit.
Pass-Through Shipping Fees: Any shipping costs collected during your checkout on the Iron Compound platform are strictly pass-through fees utilized to cover the carrier and handling costs incurred by the dispensing partner pharmacy.
Geographic Restrictions: Shipping availability for certain peptides and hormones is contingent upon the specific state-by-state licensing of the dispensing partner pharmacy. Certain therapies may not be legally eligible to ship to all 50 states.
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, curriculum materials, and software—is the property of Iron Compound Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and use the platform for personal, non-commercial use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iron Compound Inc., its directors, employees, and coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from (i) the use or inability to use the platform; (ii) any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by the independent clinical partners via Ola Digital Health; or (iii) any complications arising from medications compounded and shipped by partner pharmacies.
These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
